Major overhaul inspired by deakmana Niv-Mizzet Parun Control cEDH
Changed out a significant portion of the deck. Dropped the average CMC. Added more spot removal and lower CMC counter spells. Removed a lot of scry spells. Added ramp artifacts. Cut all ETB tapped lands. Added stax elements: Blood Moon, Cursed Totem, Grafdigger's Cage, and Stranglehold.
Added additional islands to cover for blood moon.
