MORE BANG FOR YOUR BUCK
i have taken ideas from other token decks, there really isn't much to this deck: make tokens, make tokens, boost tokens, play a planeswalker.....
Decks without draw or shuffle mechanics need to contain for copies of key cards for consistency.
Intangible Virtue + Spectral Procession
Intangible Virtue + Raise the Alarm
Intangible Virtue + Lingering Souls
Gather the Townsfolk + Intangible Virtue
Build an incredible token army.
Windbrisk Heights brings a lot to the table each match. You will always have enough attacking creatures to trigger the ability and turn the tide.
Including Pack Rat is my own flavor to the deck. I think Lingering Souls + Pack Rat
is pretty handy, you can also pitch useless cards and lands midgame to swing in.
Inquisition of Kozilek & Path to Exile will remove so many threats. Modern is full of early/cheap threats. 3 CMC or less is a pretty large circle of serious threats amongst cards you will commonly see, while playing modern. I chose Inquisition of Kozilek over Thoughtseize because of losing life to Godless Shrine and caves of kolios. Even without the caves, losing life to the shrine for a thoughtseize can really hurt. A first turn Inquisition is still strong.
I've added Collective Effort for the sheer utility. So many options from a single source, just a tap away.

I haven't seen any discussion about not choosing extra modes when cast from Windbrisk Heights - but since tapping the creature is part of the casting, this seems like about great source of value.
I think it will make a big impact while Eidolon of Rhetoric stays in play. Lots of Control, Humans and Boggles beware.
Hour of Reckoning leaves your board in tact and is made cheap because of the Convoke ability.
Stony Silence is a great antitheses for Affinity.
Anguished Unmaking covers any other threats which need to be removed from the game.
Burn decks and other creature tempo decks will be a race for life totals. Once you board in Timely Reinforcements, you'll be back on top in no time.
Grafdigger's Cage might seem counter productive while running Lingering Souls but to stifle Snapcaster Mage is well worth the sacrifice.
