Dina just seemed like a fun commander to play(a little shocked she's only uncommon)and just trying to build a deck around her. still trying to figure out the right build for her.

any help is appreciated, trying to keep the deck somewhat budget while also trying to make it somewhat playable

Maybe Board: cards in the Maybe section are ones I'm considering finding a space for. Vampiric Tutor will be the most difficult to move to this deck since it's in another deck I have built
