It’s Omen Machine shenanigans with library manipulation.

All the creatures have ETB triggers. They either fetch land, rearrange the top cards for the Omen machine, or destroy permanents and fetch land.

When you pull all the land out of the deck, you aren’t wasting an omen machine free play on a land top deck.

With multiple omen machines, Augury Owl and Sage of Epityr rearrange the library for the next omen machine.

Whelming Wave and Evacuation clear the board and allow you to drop those ETB creatures all over again.

The real fun begins when you have Omniscience, Archaeomancer, Evacuation, and Sylvan Primordial. Simply rinse and repeat until opponent’s land are gone. It’s a soft lock that clears the board and paves the way for unblocked attacks. Or simply bounce and re-cast Overwhelmed Apprentice until opponent is milled out.

No non-basic lands? That’s right. It’s designed to fetch any and all lands in order to ensure that your Omen Machines get you threats, enablers, or wipes.
