BW Lifegain Allies (Standard MTG Deck)

Trying to build a fairly budget BW Ally deck focused around Kalastria Healer and Zulaport Cutthroat. I got into magic during BFZ which is why the deck currently contains mostly BFZ block cards. Any help building the deck and/or side board would be greatly appreciated! At the moment the deck struggles with lack of card draw and lack of removal so any suggestions in that regard would help a ton!

Made some changes primarily with the side board. In the actual deck, Kalastria Nightwatch has been removed in place of the full playset of Drana's Emissary. I cut the Expedition Envoy down to two copies, and finally added two copies of both Immolating Glare and Foul-Tongue Shriek. In the side I put the remainder of the Glares and Shrieks. In addition to Duress, Bone Splinters, Transgress the Mind, and Murderous Cut.

Thanks for all the suggestions guys! I will be play testing the deck next week so I will update then!
