Welcome to my 8-Rack Adventure.

I have been a long time player of 8-Rack, but after a long hiatus, and some financial issues, we have returned to the good 'ole fan favorite.

The intent of this page is to create fun discourse around 8-Rack, and create a competitive deck out of a budget list. Of course, this list is an ongoing work in progress, with upgrades coming and going based on upcoming sets. I also hope to explore the deck, how its played, and how it stacks up against the meta.

Welcome to the Rack

So, you wanna pilot 8-Rack. Well you've come to the right place. I'm not the first 8-Rack primer, nor will I be the last. The intent for this primer is to be a jumping off point for players to come, learn about the deck, and see if it's something they would be interested in. But be warned, piloting 8-Rack is not for the feint of heart. It is a tricky, deceptively complex list that demands months of piloting and playtesting to really understand the in's-and-out's of.

The list above is a work in progress. The plan is to use this space to explore the deck, make changes over time, and create the strongest 8-Rack list available. We will also use this page to explore other 8-Rack lists, their strengths and weaknesses, and create a space for other 8-Rack players to discuss different approaches to the changing meta.
