Blue/White semi-budget control deck without Teferi's as they are just too expensive right now. Elspeth is ideally the win condition, but have added in Dance of the Manse + control enchantments. I was just looking through my cards and noticed that this card was pretty interesting. I also already had 3 Elspeth's and 3 supreme verdicts so I figured I might as well throw them all together.
