Maybeboard

Everyone would agree nothing is better than having to cast their spells repeatedly. Arguably more annoying than having everything being countered. Although, there are plenty of counters in the deck cough teehee cough cough just incase. Basically you keep everyone's boards in check until you draw into a win condition. Either get Master of Waves out and attack someone's empty board, Get Jace, Wielder of Mysteries on the field and try to draw out, or get the Naru Meha, Master Wizard and Ghostly Flicker combo. Here is how the combo works:

Cast Ghostly, target 2 lands. Retain priority, cast Naru.

Let Naru resolve. Naru triggers and targets flicker, copying it. For the copy, chose two targets, 1 land, 1 Naru. Tap the land for mana.

Let this copy resolve. Land is exiled and returns. Naru is exiled and returns. Naru's effect triggers, copy the original ghostly flicker.

Rinse repeat. You can generate infinite mana, and infinite enter the battlefield triggers.

Only difference in this deck is that when you have Naban, Dean of Iteration on the field you can have two copies of Ghostly Flicker or you can copy Ghostly Flicker and one other Instant/Sorcery on the stack infinitely. For Example, you can cast Archmage's Charm and then cast Ghostly Flicker before it resolves. Then flash in Naru Meha targeting both Ghostly Flicker and Archmage's Charm. That being said, targeting Ghostly Flicker with both triggers would be more mana efficient and you can bounce multiple creatures to get the same effect. Also, instead of infinite mana, you can flicker Overwhelmed Apprenticeor have Alter of the Brood on the field to mill all of your opponents' libraries.

A lot of the expensive cards like Urza's Incubator, Cyclonic Rift, Fierce Guardianship, Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx, and Boseiju, Who Shelters All are in the list because I own a copy of those cards and have them set aside to be used in multiple decks. There are plenty of cheaper options in the Maybe Board that would be fine replacements for the higher budget cards. And honestly, I might take Cyclonic Rift out because it's such a salty card. Really only needed if I plan on winning in the next turn or two.
