This deck takes the best of two decks from completely different standard eras and combines them into tempo machine. I played during the reign of mono-blue devotion in Theros Standard, and I remember just how powerful cards like Master of Waves could be alongside the value engine of Thassa, God of the Sea . And many people remember Autumn Burchett's recent victory at Mythic Championship I, where they piloted Curious Obsession and Tempest Djinn to win it all.
