This was a budget commander deck made as part of a group event. The goal was to get a deck that was no more than $50 that was decent enough to play. I decided to go far from meta and choose a pretty gimmicky play style. The basic idea is to use regenerating or just a lot of tokens to shield yourself long enough to summon some decent creatures with the commander's ability.

From what I've played of it, I would say this deck works best as a counter to "beef stick" decks or anything that can deal a lot of single target damage. If you get the right setup you can summon a bunch of fairly strong creatures for basically free. However this deck is typically not very fast, lacks clear or easy win conditions, and tends to suffer pretty hard if you get hit with board wipes at the wrong time (keep those counters ready!). But eh. It was fun to make and fun to play. You can probably make it stronger pretty easily if you try.
