Lets talk about Naya. In a previous deck list I mentioned I was going to a regional qualifier. While that deck is certainly a strong possibility for me to run, I had a thought for another type. A mid range deck focused on naya with some strong keywords to keep me alive and ahead. This is somewhat based on the Standard khans powerhouse Abzan midrange.

Now I will say that this does use some cards that definitely aren't in the meta right now. However I do think they are strong enough to be a good fit in here at least. The goal is to drop a hexproof mana producer quickly and then use it to drop multiple two drops and three drops with one or 2 four drops rounding out the entire thing. I could run collected company but I'm still unsure if it fits as I have a lot of 2 drops which make collected company an iffy choice.

Most of the creatures are just good value naya creatures that off an opportunity to become stronger and harder to remove much more quickly.

I definitely need to test this and kind of get a bearing on how it will go but in the few small draws it seems strong and consistent in filling the board quickly.

Updates Add

Made some major changes to the deck. This was mostly built around improving overall deck speed. After some more testing I realized the mana ramp package was too slow and didn't offer enough advantage to be worth it. So I rebuilt that to be focused on getting early game threats that could ramp up as bigger creatures came into play to give it much better speed and power. The top end is still fleetfoot dancer and the overall power package is still in tact. It just does better in the early game comparatively. I did switch out dromoka's command for Domri's Ambush mainly because I found i was using Dromoka's Command as a removal tool and I felt Domri's Ambush offered a better advantage in that regard since it affected my own creatures much less.
