Draw damage, in 4 colors. Use Green to ramp yourself (and others). Blue draws cards, and allows for some important disruption. Red has your wheel effects, and a board wipe incase this get out of hand. Black for targeted removal, and punishing people for drawing.

This deck skips a lot of the discard hate that most Nekusar decks would include as to allow for a more explosive finish to games. You're looking to build up large amounts of available mana to be able to drop a few large and impactful draw spells to cause huge damage. Includes a few "group hug" cards to steer opponents away from beating your face in, but whenever you start dealing a ton of damage you should be far enough ahead to just end that game due to having a large hand size.

Key cards to play

Nekusar, the Mind Razer: Depending in how long you've been playing EDH odds are you have encountered a number of plays running this guy. His ability is very strong, and one of the big ways this deck gets its wins. While the deck runs a few similar effects, Nekusar covers the effects you are after and does so very well.

Teferi's Puzzle Box: A real bomb in this deck, forces opponets to tuck hands and draw new cards. Keeps good options (hopefully) out of reach as well as nabing a ton if synergy with damage effects. Keep in mind that it will effect you as well, but shouldn't cause you too much if an issue due to redundancy of effects throughout the deck. Combined with a Cyclonic Rift, this should launch you so far ahead of your opponents that the game may just end. A nice way to lose friends.

Reforge the Soul/ Wheel of Fate/ Wheel of Fortune: Like most normal people I can't justify owning the classic Wheel of Fortune, but luckily WoTC has printed this effect a decent amount of times. As your main damage sources, you'll want to hold off on casting these effects until you have something that causes damage to played when they/you draw cards. Consider these the gasoline to throw on the fire that is Nekusar/spiteful visions.

You can build a more budget version by cutting shocklands(tap lands will work, but may slow youdown) and Kozilek, Butcher of Truth (who is really only here for a graveyard shuffle on discard) . These cuts may save about $100 and won't have a massive impact on how you'll be playing.
