The purpose of this deck is to be reactionary until you have what you need to win. One might call it a control/voltron deck.

This deck is meant to protect yourself until you have the pieces you need to get into position to win. Using Duelist's heritage with your commander helps you win a little faster, as well as triclopean sight. This deck is great practice on how/when to respond to a threat. If you just counter everything and get rid of everything on the board you will run out of answers. Instead, you only want to stop people from winning, stop you from losing, or stop a threat that directly hurts YOU (not opponents).

The main way to win with this deck is commander damage with Ojutai. You can also steal some opponents win cons with Clever Impersonator, Phyrexian Metamorph or Mirage Mirror. This deck is GREAT at looking non-threatening and also great at protecting yourself as long as you aren't wasting spells. Dont be afraid to take some damage early, you win with 1 life the same you do with 40.
