A variant of the 60 card UW control deck for pioneer, but adding in a Tale's end, Strict Proctors and Discontinuity to cheat in a Lotus field, and get the larger threats such as Teferi and Shark typhoon out on the board earlier. The strict Proctor also helps to block the aggro decks, and buy more time to deal with the board state. Please leave suggestions and ideas in the comments!
