This is a cEDH list that I have built around Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain 's draw ability. The gameplan of this deck revolves around drawing cards with jhoira, setting up to obtain one of the combos, and denying opponent resources by playing stax pieces that are one sided or mostly one sided, e.g. Cursed Totem .

The win conditions in this deck involve having infinite mana and Aetherflux Reservoir or Walking Ballista . You can also sometimes simply have a critical mass of artifacts and win from Aetherflux in a non-infinite manner.

There are a couple ways to obtain infinite mana in this list. The first one is Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter and at least 3 mana worth of mana rocks. Another is scepter imprinting any spell with mana rocks out along with Paradox Engine , allowing the scepter to untap whenever you cast the imprinted spell. Do note that if you have a counterspell underneath scepter you will also need a target to go infinite. The last way in this deck is Words of Wind . As long as you have Jhoira or Vedalken Archmage out with words of wind, you can choose to replace the draw trigger by paying a mana. We abuse this by playing net-positive mana rocks e.g. Mana Crypt and cost reducers such as Cloud Key to allow other mana rocks to become net-positive. We obtain infinite mana and return all of their permanents to their hand in this combo, which can be very nice considering that even if we aren't able to net mana, as long as we net-neutral, one can pseudo-lock your opponents out of the game. Net-neutraling with this or with isochron also allows wins with aetherflux as infinite storm is generated, even though infinite mana is not.
