The idea of this deck is to play the commander by turn 2 and win between turn 3 and 4 consistently. She is easily shut down by removing or countering Anje. Otherwise you're gonna rummage until you win!

Worldgorger Dragon. I combo off by putting it into my grave by whatever means (Anje) then reanimating it with Necromancy or a similar enchantment spell. This loops WGD entering and exiting the battlefield indefinitely. This leaves multiple options to secure a win.
You can float infinite mana and shoot the table with Ribbons or avacyn's judgement.
You can flash in Bogardan Hellkite and have it kill the table with each loop of WGD. Or if you have a card in hand, psychosis and Glint-Horn will also win you the game as long as Anje is on the field and you have 1 card of any type in hand. Since she has haste every time she in put back into the battlefield you can just rummage the card in your hand for a damage.

Keep in mind if you even need to break the WGD loop, just have the enchantment target a different creature from a graveyard as it enters the battlefield. This stops the loop.
