Opened a Gaea's cradle from a booster recently and decided to try tokens to see how busted this card really is. Looked for commander options and as I already had a good base of Bant cards, Derevi, Empyrial Tactician seemed a good fit and much more interesting to build then Rhys the Redeemed.

I have 6 decks currently. 4 of them are jank theme decks, 1 Shram equipment deck for quick fun games and this one, which is my one expensive powerhouse for the times I run into a table with high power decks (7-8/10). Not building stax because I like most people I play with.

I do not run any tutor effects (except for lands) by default. I simply got bored way too fast always winning the same few ways. Also no Cyclonic Rift, not because of the power level, but I find it often leads to frustrating games when used defensively and not to win the game (20 minute turns of people trying to figure out what to do with a 20 card grip). Oh, and Expropriate, very much because of it's power level.

If I do end up at a table with strong combo/tutor heavy decks the following cards I might swap in: -Enlightened Tutor -Mystical Tutor -Eladamri's Call -Muddle the Mixture -Worldly Tutor -Cyclonic Rift

Currently these are the untap targets for Derevi (besides lands and rocks for mana): - Phyrexian Processor - Beguiler of Wills - Arcanis the Omnipotent - Rhys the Redeemed - Squirrel Nest - Gavony Township - Kazandu Tuskcaller - City of Shadows (Just trying it out, likely too slow/only colorless mana) - Search for Azcanta   (After being flipped a source of draw)

Cards still to aquire: - Force of Will - 1 more shock, 1 more fetch and 2 duals, Mana Confluence maybe Horizon Canopy

Cards I want to try out: - Azor's Gateway  (Would be nuts when flipped, it is usually way too slow but maybe with Derevi untaps could work out) - Bow of Nylea(deathtouch helps avoids tokens getting blocked and the tap ability could be used in a couple of useful ways) - Darien, King of Kjeldor(Could be a very nice source of tokens or atleast keep people from attacking me) - Edric, Spymaster of Trest(Potential to help others more then myself, but should be good, just need to order a copy) - Forsaken City (Not sure I want to waste Derevi triggers on this, but a nice land to smooth out mana) - Huatli, Radiant Champion (Pretty obvious token synergy) - Legion's Landing   (Another source of tokens) - White Sun's Zenith (Another instant speed X token spell, 3W is a little annoying though) - Willbreaker (Pretty amazing although easily removed, might be better then Beguiler of Wills since you can use it the turn it's played, however Beguiler lets you keep them when it dies)

Only managed a handful of games so far, still allot to figure out. Feedback very welcome!
