This deck is built around all the Dimir Ninjas & Rogues from Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty (Sorry Tasunari, you just had to have that extra {G} in your Color Identity) as well as the cards featuring Kaito Shizuki from this set and the Secret Lair Kamigawa Manga cards.

It is built as a Rival to my Samurai Dynasty deck
