Considering some changes after 50+ games played —March 6, 2019
I am currently considering some changes to the deck regarding the land-sacrifice-subtheme. While Desolation,Destructive Flow and Tainted AEther perform well when I can play then early on and they remain uncountered, they don't have any noticable impact in the later stages of the game, where everyone doesn't mind just sacrificing a land or two. Additionally I feel like I don't have enough repeatable land sacrifice outlets to play impactful landfall combinations like Zuran Orb + Splendid Reclamation + Avenger of Zendikar with lots of landfall triggers. With my budget in mind, I decided to give Need for Speed, Claws of Gix, Sustenance and Rhythm of the Wild a try, swapping out Herald of Leshrac,Desolation,Destructive Flow and Tainted AEther in the process.
