“MOBILIZE THE WALLS…”

Arcades wins by attacking consistently with more and bigger creatures than anyone else. In the early game, it’s usually best to save creatures until he’s out, even if that means playing nothing early, to take full advantage of the card draw. From then on, he plays aggressively and consistently, attacking as much as possible until he’s the last one standing. Be sure to target any deck that can routinely generate enough blockers to stop the defenders, since it’ll be very hard to kill them one on one. And play high-cost defenders first, since you don’t necessarily know how many more you’ll draw into, so you need to use mana efficiently.
