When I play this deck, my opponents get in the habit of glaring at me whenever they cast a spell, screeching "Does it resolve!?"

Heavily based on the deakmana cEDH primer deck, but on a much lower budget.

Goal is usual for a Niv-Mizzet deck: counter anything that looks threatening, then combo out with Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, or Tandem Lookout.

If drawing the deck doesn't ping enough to win, there's Memnite, Lotus Petal, and Infernal Plunge in the deck to cast Glint-Horn Buccaneer, then discard to handsize at end of turn.

Dragon's Hoard, Gitaxian Probe, Snapback and Gut Shot are there to set off the infinite loop for 0 mana.

Main tutors are Gamble, Spellseeker, Mystical Tutor, and Merchant Scroll. The latter three can fetch Dizzy Spell Which in turn can transmute into Curiosity.

New cards I'm trying out from recent sets are Callaphe, Beloved of the Sea, Stern Dismissal and Thassa's Intervention.
