Infect is sort of a niche playstyle. Infect also happens to be my pet mechanic, so I built an entire deck around it. An important distinction to make is that commander dmg triggers off of combat dmg, while infect triggers off of any dmg. This means that if you use one of the methods of giving Nekusar infect, all you have to do is get your opponents to draw 10 cards and they die immediately.
