BEAT EM DOWN WITH DRAFT CHAFT

This deck reminiscent of decks like Pauper Cycle Storm and Modern Living End, but for the commander format.

You can easily make this a 100$ budget deck by replacing the shock lands with basic lands.

GAME PLAN

Glide through your library and fill your graveyard with creatures and cycling cards, then slam a mass reanimation spell to close out the game. Living Death / Herald of the Forgotten / Rise of the Dark Realms are our reanimation cards of choice. Peer into the Abyss (or Approach of the Second Sun) are back up win conditions. I find Peer better personally, since it digs you into your main win condition already and usually kills 1 opponent immediately.

Queza, Augur of Agonies or Sefris of the Hidden Ways are the commanders of choice for our color combination. They both aren't needed to win, but you get good value from them being around. Queza will sustain you well and also combos with Peer into the Abyss. Sefris will provide value in other ways and give you free solo reanimation (With Sefris use Approach of the Second Sun instead of Peer into the Abyss).

Thanks to our 6 land cycling cards, we can get away with a land count of 35. Each of the land type cyclers can color fix further or can tutor Irrigated Farmland, Fetid Pools or Raffine's Tower to keep the cycling chain rolling.

"What do we do about aggro?"

Just cycling creatures won't protect you from early game aggression, so these cards can be deployed early to defend us: Flourishing Fox Drannith Healer Valiant Rescuer Vile Manifestation Vizier of Tumbling Sands Shark Typhoon Astral Drift Nimble Obstructionist Splendor Mare Undead Gladiator

Additionally, the spot removal and boardwipe package can assist with this. To stay on theme, we want cards that can be cycled to execute our gameplan or can used when needed. Cast Out Expunge Neutralize Dismantling Wave Suffocating Fumes Akroma's Vengeance Decree of Pain

"Going off"

New Perspectives Fluctuator Abandoned Sarcophagus These cards are the main pay-off when moving towards our win condition. These provide insane value in a cycling deck.

One of the problems this deck has is you can fizzle on your cycling chain. You can end up with a lot of lands in hand later in the game, so Dihada's Ploy is a tool to help mitigate this. Undead Gladiator and Ancient Excavation are also used for this purpose.

Possessed Skaab Is a way to get back our reanimation effects if we need them again, it's the best choice because it hits all 3 of them.
