There are a couple ways to go about things in the deck.

Sliver Queen + Basal Sliver plus one of the cost reduction Training Grounds or Heartstone equals sacrificing for two mana and making two sliver from each one.

adding HASTE with Heart Sliver or Reflex Sliver or Firewake Sliver

adding mana tapping and vigilance for multiple combat steps: Manaweft Sliver or Gemhide Sliver + Sentinel Sliver + Aggravated Assault
