I've heard that people start asking you not to play a deck that runs mass land destruction and Tangle Wire after the first or second time. If you have any insight into whether those kinds of cards are necessary for the deck or whether they can be substituted for something else , please let me know.

The deck takes advantage of enters the battlefield triggers and creates a lot of them. If you know any budget cards that fit this archetype, especially on the payoff side (not the entering side) that would be very helpful.
