This is an Edgar Markov Vampire tribal Commander deck that wants to win via combat. This army of Vampires is enhanced through +1 +1 counters and is resilient through the use of numerous protection and recursive spells. Edgar Markov simply can remain in the Command Zone creating 1/1 black Vampire creature tokens or can be summoned into battle for the purposes of leading his army of Vampires to victory. This deck can win quickly as well as engage in the long-game. Either way, opponents WILL submit to Edgar Markov's will!
