This is essentially a budget defender deck that works thanks to High Alert , and to some extent Huatli, the Sun's Heart . The hope with this deck is that you'll be able to swing in with Charix, the Raging Isle and deal (at least) 17 points of damage that's unblockable as long as Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive is also out on the battlefield.
