The new Narset, Parter of Veils combos with Emergency Powers for a backbreaking play that refills your hand and leaves your opponent with no hand if used at instant speed on their turn after they draw, or with one card but you get a chance to drop a Teferi, Hero of Dominaria or an Ugin, the Ineffable for free. Sure it's not Windfall , but control should be able to get to 7 mana often enough to make this a legitimate play and Narset herself digs for Emergency Powers Azcanta-Style at least once. Advice is very appreciated.
