Necropotence to draw while Vampire Nighthawk can make the life easily payable, and that becomes even easier with Whip of Erebos or Gray Merchant of Asphodel, which the 3 black mana comes in clutch for.

Royal Assassin and Terminate to buy time for the setup, the former providing 2 black devotion for Gray Merchant of Asphodel.

Demigod of Revenge only pops on cast, so reanimating won't do it, which is why Dead Reckoning and Mortuary Mire are here. Dead Reckoning will also fire 5 dmg to a creature as an added bonus.

Whip of Erebos can pull Gray Merchant of Asphodel after he goes away for another trigger on him.
