My take on a Dragons Approach EDH deck:

The deck basically has 4 pieces, Dragon's Approach, accelerators, dragons and artifacts.

Dragons Approach: Dragons Approach is essentially a Shadowborn Apostle for dragons. This is our primary damage through out the game, at three damage to each opponent per cast you are looking at around 13-15 casts to win. It is also our primary discard, other than Anger or possibly Runehorn Hellkite this is always the thing you should be discarding. We want 4 of these in the graveyard as quickly as possible. The entire point of the deck is to abuse the fact that we can run as many as we would like. Cards like Nevermore, or Meddling Mage will ruin your life.

Accelerators: These cards consist of either draw (Faithless Looting/Magus of the Wheel etc), fetch (Gamble/Myr Retriever), or mana generators/savers (Birgi, God of Storytelling  /Runaway Steam-Kin). In the case of our commander Neheb, Dreadhorde Champion it is both draw and mana. Several of the dragons also help with this process.

Dragons: Each of the dragons fills a unique roll in this deck, but they all have one thing in common, you never want them in your hand. The first dragon you search for will normally be either Knollspine Dragon or Dragon Mage to replenish your hand. But if you have cards in your hand that you wish to keep, you can always go for Furyborn Hellkite who will always be a 12/12 when you fetch it with dragons approach, or you can get Hoarding Dragon to fetch Thrumming Stone or one of your other game winners.

Artifacts: The artifacts in the deck are incredibility strong, many of them can win you the game if they stay on the board for one round. Thrumming Stone is almost always a free win as soon as it comes out. Spellweaver Helix will can go infinite with a dragons approach and Jeska's Will but you will need at least one opponent to have cards in hand and to hit some lucky top decks. It is also quite strong with Mana Geyser, Wheel of Fortune or even something like Seize the Spoils. Locket of Yesterdays, Cloud Key, Ruby Medallion or Semblance Anvil all reduce the mana curve on dragons approach so that you can cast more per turn.

In play testing I have found that the deck plays out pretty fast, you can win as early are turn 5 or 6 with a good opening hand. The deck does not really have a way to interact with other plays so it is susceptible to getting controlled. Your main win condition is ending the game before anyone else can get their deck on line. By the time you have cycled your hand 2-3 times you need to be in a position to win the game or you start to run out of options and just have to hope for good top decks.

The maybe board is all cards that I have considered but are not being included at this point, I just kept them here for reference in case I make changes down the road.

If you have any ideas for additions or subtractions please let me know!
