The theme of this deck is pretty simple: get The Locust God out and then draw cards to create insect tokens.

A lot of control is built in to try and keep him alive once out, these mainly focus on countering instants or sorcery spells aimed at removing him. There are also a few board wipes in case you need to reset things such as Cyclonic Rift and Blasphemous Act.

Combos

1. Ashnod's Altar/Phyrexian Altar + Skullclamp + insect tokens. This will allow you to sacrifice an insect to draw two cards, and create mana, then create two more tokens with The Locust God.
2. Sage of the Falls with The Locust God. Each insect token will draw you a card, which in turn creates an insect token, rinse and repeat until you go through your deck.
3. Kindred Discovery + The Locust God + card draw trigger = infinite cards draw, infinite insect tokens
4. Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter can generate infinite mana assuming you have some mana rocks out. If you have The Locust God out with these you can use his ability to draw an infinite amount of cards and create insects.

Win conditions

1. Attack with infinite tokens created above.
2. Impact Tremors/Purphoros, God of the Forge can combo with the above token generation for a ton of damage even if you are not able to go infinite.
3. Shared Animosity is a good finisher once you have a large number of insect tokens.
4. Firestorm + Kindred Discovery + The Locust God
5. Lotus Petal + Underworld Breach + Brain Freeze = mill self, then opponents

Milling safety

1. Since this deck has the potential to discard your entire library, we want to avoid milling ourselves into a loss. This is where Echo of Eons, Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre and potentially Finale of Revelation will help you shuffle your graveyard into your library.

Alternate win conditions

1. You could potentially add Thassa's Oracle or Laboratory Maniac as win conditions with the mill, but this is not what I wanted to focus on with this deck.

Maybe Board:

1. Containment Construct lets you potentially take advantage of a discarded card to play it.
2. Possible infinite combo to add: Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind + Curiosity
3. Birgi, God of Storytelling   + Grinning Ignus + Purphoros, God of the Forge/Impact Tremors
4. Library of Leng also lets you save a discarded card with the bonus of unlimited hand size.
5. Dockside Extortionist + Lore Drakkis + Into the Roil = infinite mana, infinite storm, infinite ETB, infinite card draw
6. Dualcaster Mage + Twinflame
