I am working on building my first deck for firday night magic and was thinking a vehicle deck. I dont want to spend a ton of money on cards. Working mostly with what I have to get this list. This deck is still a work in progress and would appreciate any help!

I opened a butt load of aether revolt (3 booster boxes) and got all jank rares and even worse mythics. Sadly 0 Heart of Kiran, I will swap out the Fleetwheel Cruiser with Heart of Kiran after it gets a good price drop or I'm able to trade for two.
