Budget BR Goblin Midrange. This deck uses Goblin cost reducers (Frogtosser Banneret and Goblin Warchief) to power out higher cmc Goblins. It plays far less aggressively than decks like 8-Whack, focusing instead on creating value with Goblin Ringleader and going over the top with big Goblins. A turn 3 win is possible in several ways.

T3: Mountain, Mogg War Marshal, sac for 3 , play Goblin Warchief, tap Swamp to play Frogtosser Banneret, play Mogg War Marshal, sac Marshal for , play Goblin Piledriver, swing for 22

I kid you not, this was more or less the sequence I drew on my first playtest with this deck. (The actual draw had a Goblin Ringleader which drew the Piledriver alongside a third Mogg War Marshal and Goblin Cratermaker.)
