My Life's Savings. This Sliver deck is full of answers, so make sure to use them to their fullest.

Win condition is playing Primal surge and going face. If that fails, use Elixir of Immortality and try again. Once Harmonic Sliver is on the board, make sure that you find a way to return it to your hand once you run out of artifacts and enchantments you want to blow up. This way you can hopefully protect your anthem effects. Ways to do this: Basal Sliver, Hibernation Sliver.

Be mindful that Vanquisher's Banner will cause you to draw cards after Primal Surge resolves, causing you to lose the game. At that point, crack elixir of immortality or remember to destroy the banner with a Harmonic Sliver etb.
