This is a Mill Legacy deck, it was used from 2 of my commander decks I took apart so I have included only 1 copy of each card, feel free to interchange out for multiple copies of cards as you see fit to tune it towards a more a single win con. One recommendation I'd make is to take 2 demonic tutor's instead of a cruel tutor.

Description

This deck has lots of mana ramp through your artifacts like Sol Ring and the Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth Cabal Coffers combo to play the X cost cards like Black Sun's Zenith,and your big boys Lord of the Void, Nemesis of Reason. The enchantments serve to shut down any aggro decks. There is lots of great mill potential through cards like Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker, Jace, Memory Adept, Nemesis of Reason, and Lord of the Void being huge mill threats. Non-Mill threats like Consuming Aberration, Lazav, Dimir Mastermind, can really be devastating based on how big or what is in the enemies graveyard. There is some good board clear with Black Sun's Zenith, Mutilate, and Crux of Fate. Between the 2 tutors Demonic Tutor and Vampiric Tutor, and the card draw from Baleful Strix, Sensei's Divining Top, Jace, Memory Adept,Into the Story and Inventors' Fair you are sure to always have a response to your opponents and be able to get your win conditions and combos.

Combo's

This deck has several extremely strong combos and one turn kills the first being the classic Mindcrank paired with the first ability of Duskmantle Guildmage first mill at least 1 card, the easiest way can be with Altar of the Brood or Ghoulcaller's Bell, the 2 abilities will keep triggering each other so you mill out your opponents entire library for that instant win.

Another one shot combo that's great and cheap is you use Painter's Servant to turn all cards into a color of your choice, then use Grindstone to mill out their entire library. This can get a win on turn 3 very easily.

An easy 1 one shot combo uses Deadeye Navigator and Cloud of Faeries while you have an Altar of the Brood on the board. You pair the 2 cards together and can keep flashing Cloud of Faeries onto the battlefield for free because you untap 2 lands every time it enters the battlefield. The Altar of the Brood will then mill your opponents entire deck with this.

Another strong combo is using Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth and Cabal Coffers to generate absolutely insane amounts of mana.

Another combo with Duskmantle Guildmage is you have that and Fraying Sanity down, use the ability on duskmantle and then pop either Glimpse the Unthinkable or Jace, Memory Adept second ability and they will instantly die unless they are running a mega life gain strategy, in which case they will have still just taken 20 damage.

There are many more synergies and strategies within this deck, these are just the notable 1 shot potential strategies.
