Little deck I made based on an MTGA deck I had. My first real deck I made myself so would appreciate help with land distribution mainly (in terms of how many lands but also in how many of each color).
The main playstyle is to get Malakir Cullblade and/or Eternal Thirst out (so basically 8x Malakirs) and use Red and Black spells like Lightning Bolt or Go For the Throat to kill enemy creatures and beef up your Malakirs. Splash blue for some negates and counterspells. I used pathways/dual lands to give some red/blue versatility depending on what lands you already have out and what you draw. Luckily all of the reds and blues are usually only one color mana so its not super difficult to get the right mana.
Some notable cards are Savage Gorger gaining a +1/+1 every turn (especially good with eternal thirst), Typhoid rats being a really scary defensive card against big beefy enemies, sanitarium skeleton being a good stall card as you can get it back every turn if you arent drawing good.
Unlikely aid is great for getting rid of strong enemies. Its an instant so you can fake out your opponents by attacking, they block and you pop one down allowing you to kill the blocker and gain indestructible.
Anyways, tell me what you think! I know its not the best but ive been playing a version of this deck (without blue) on MTGA and am climbing up the ranked ladder.
One thing I found is that because the cards are at max three mana, you usually start out with or draw enough lands to get the ball rolling without needing to mulligan. A two drop malakir can easily get really beefy especially when dealing with matchups that produce a lot of smaller creature/tokens. Voldaren epicure and other AoE spells are great for those matchups as well.
