A budget jumpstart deck that aims to play totally at instant speed.

The deck wins by keeping the opponent locked down and swinging in with Voracious Greatshark or a pumped Brineborn Cutthroat . Dive Down helps keep these two on the battlefield.

Essence Scatter deals with early threats (could be replaced by Syncopate ). Crashing Tide or Into the Roil removes threats that were missed and sets them up to be countered, while Chemister's Insight gives the deck something to do on turns where the opponent is scared off by our open mana. Whisper Agent and Wind Strider can be flashed in to trade for smaller threats or flyers, and Cunning Nightbonder helps get our more expensive threats out a turn earlier and provides some insurance against counterspells. Devious Cover-Up provides recursion to recycle counterspells or bring back main threats from the graveyard, and helps prevent the deck from milling itself out. Capture Sphere acts as removal of last resort and deals with creatures that can't be countered.
