Creature (2)

You really wanna have at least 2 Lands and one Treefolk Harbinger or Bosk Banneret on your starting hand,
if you dont, a mulligan is almost a must.

The best possible opening with this Deck is T1 Cavern of Souls and Treefolk Harbinger, using him to tutor either Bosk Banneret or Leaf-Crowned Elder, depending on which one you already have.

T2, you play the Bosk Banneret. If you cant play him T2, you lose quite a lot of tempo and might even have to change the core strategy entirely, as the total value of your Leaf-Crowned Elder decreases with every turn he is not played in.

T3, you should optimally play said Leaf-Crowned Elder. If you have to spent one mana to save your Bosk Banneret from removal with Avoid Fate, its OK to not play the elder T3. If you simply didnt draw either him or a second Treefolk Harbinger to tutor him, you should change your strategy to playing either your Doran, the Siege Tower or, rpeferably, your Dungrove Elder, which optimally is a (6/6) now.

If everything went as planned up until now, just use your Harbingers together with your Leaf-Crowned Elder to cast any of the High-Cost Treefolks or Doran, whichever one you need, for free.

Use your Sylvan Library and Sensei's Divining Top to decide which cards get played by your Leaf-Crowned Elder.

At this point, if your opponent didnt manage to stop you yet, and drawing luck is at least somewhat on your side, it is pretty hard to lose. You have an excellent Board state, casting Spells for free while at the same time being able to Hard-Cast Treefolks with ease as well thanks to Bosk Banneret´s cost reduction. If you have Doran, the Siege Tower in play, which you should, your creatures deal stupid damage when compared to CMC, while your opponents might be doing close to none, depending on what Deck theyre playing. Keep in mind that Lignify and Rootgrapple are treefolks as well, meaning they can both be tutored by Treefolk Harbinger and be played for free with Leaf-Crowned Elder.
