Saprolings and fungus creatures were my jam growing up playing magic with my buddies and I basically just threw them into an edh deck. Over the years this deck has grown and shaped into a really fun and super casual deck that’s a blast to play. I’m always throwing in cards and taking stuff out to see how it plays but the core of it really hasn’t changed much since it was first made.

The main theme of the deck is fungus tribal with proliferating effects and counter synergies in there to help speed along the spore counters. To finish up a game it’s either smash face with hoof or blood artist everyone out with a sac outlet. But at the root of it all it’s just a bunch of fungus.

I know I can really sink a bunch more money into this and make this deck more competitive but I’m not super interested in cranking up the power level toooo much. I have a more competitive tokens deck with Rhys as the commander (you should also check out that deck, it’s my baby and I’ve spent a whole bunch more of my time into that thing) so I don’t really need a crazy strong tokens deck. This is just for goofing off.

Please let me know what you think and if you have any suggestions I’m always willing to hear them out and try them out!
