This deck is focused on forming a fast tutor chain and using it to assemble an infinite combo. While the combo itself is somewhat bulky, this is made up for by requiring only 1 card to be in your hand in order to set it off: Spellseeker , which is effectively a 1 card wincon and does not even require having cast our Commander. The other combo pieces can also serve dual purposes if we encounter them in a grindier game in which our tutor chain is not available.

The #1 combo which this deck tries to assemble is Burnt Offering + Izzet Chronarch + Shallow Grave . Izzet Chronarch returns the other two pieces to our hand, which we use to recurr Izzet Chronarch for infinite and hasty creatures. Once we have infinite mana, we can get infinite instant/sorcery/creature recursion by pumping the excess mana into the loop to recurr things besides Burnt Offering, including returning Shallow Grave twice in the same loop since it's an instant. Burnt Offering can also be subbed with Culling the Weak in a pinch.
Inalla's tutor chain is surprisingly resilient - even if Spellseeker gets countered, a high density of reanimation in our deck can let us get it back. Some of the pieces of the chain can be substituted with other spells if you have extra mana, and we can even recover from having Izzet Chronarch blown up in response to its ETB by recurring Spellseeker and using it to make some extra mana while simultaneously digging out a way to continue the combo.

The fastest possible chain requires Spellseeker in your hand and at least and 6 life. The steps for the "default" chain are as follows:

  • Cast Spellseeker, stacking the triggers so that Spellseeker's ETB resolves before Inalla's Eminence trigger.

  • Fetch up Culling the Weak and respond to Inalla's trigger by casting it, binning Spellseeker in exchange for

  • Pay into Inalla's trigger to create a token copy of Spellseeker (floating )

  • Fetch up Unearth and cast it to revive Spellseeker. Stacking the triggers so Spellseeker resolves first is optional here, you can also just pay the Inalla trigger before you search. (floating )

  • Fetch up Burnt Offering and Finale of Promise . Cast Burnt Offering and bin the original Spellseeker again for and pump it into Finale for =.

  • Unearth and Culling the Weak Spellseeker again, exiling both spells and paying for Inalla's Eminence ability (floating )

  • Fetch up Entomb and Reanimate

  • Cast them both and pay 5 life to put Izzet Chronarch on the board. Respond to its ETB effect by Entomb ing Shallow Grave . (Floating )

  • return Burnt Offering and Shallow Grave to begin the loop. From here, you have options on ways to win. You can of course just make as many hasty Izzet Chronarchs as you want and swing everybody out, but if you're like me and don't like to pass the phase while you have infinite mana in your pool, you can loop Entomb to put whatever instants/sorceries you want in your graveyard and get them back with your Izzet Chronarch triggers. I usually resort to Cut / Ribbons or Demonic Tutor ing some artifacts for so I can cast Inalla, Archmage Ritualist and drain the table.

If Izzet Chronarch is in your hand, you obviously can't Entomb it. In this case, you can substitute Entomb for Thoughtseize to give yourself a way to discard it, or Faithless Looting if you have extra .
The Izzet Chronarch combo can also be assembled with no chains over the course of a game. The fastest way to get all 3 pieces is with Intuition . Intuition is a tricky card because an opponent of your choice gets to decide which piece of the pile goes in your hand, and which 2 go to the graveyard. Some mind games may be needed here. Since our Intuition pile consists of a sac ritual, a high CMC creature, and a reanimation effect, your opponents will usually give you either the ritual in hopes you don't have reanimation in hand or the Izzet Chronarch in order to make you hardcast it. The pile you assemble should vary based on what else is in your hand: i.e, if you have a sac ritual in hand and a creature on board, you can pile up Izzet Chronarch and 2 painless reanimations to force them to give you either Izzet Chronarch or a reanimation. In this case, they'll usually give you Izzet Chronarch to make you hardcast it, but you can then just burn your dork to make enough mana.
Dualcaster Mage + Ghostly Flicker can be used to endlessly flicker Dualcaster and a land which you can repeatedly tap to pay for Inalla's triggers and make hasteybois. If Inalla is on the battlefield, this can form a win during someone else's turn, as you can tap your Dualcasters to drain the table rather than attacking.
This is my least favorite combo in this build, as it depends on your opponents owning at least 6 total artifacts/enchantments, but Dockside Extortionist is great value so 1 card which is sometimes also useful as utility to form an emergency fallback wincon is not a huge ask. The loop goes like this:
  • Cast Dockside Extortionist to make 6 treasure

  • Use 3 Treasure to cast AEther Adept and return Dockside Extortionist to your hand

  • Use 1 Treasure to make a hasty AEther Adept and return the original to your hand

  • Use 2 treasure to recast Dockside Extortionist and continue the loop.
