Deck was scrapped, there just isnt enough kicker payoffs that arent ALL IN. Kicker spells are also over costed to justify the current payoffs, deck felt crappy. Maybe will revisit idea in future.

Kicker Tribal, idea is to transfer a ton of counters from ishai onto halar and kick some spells, or get tana big for a plan B as she is there mostly for the colors. From games played, the more reliable ways to win were a big ishai or buffing the tokens. Biovisionary is new and might be good, who knows. Lieutenant are:
