This is my first EDH deck and it's an upgraded precon that's upgraded with cards I had from playing a lot of standard and also a select few purchases. Looking for a few cheap (less than $10, ideally less than $5) upgrades and any other suggestions. Some of the cards I own that are available and some that I am looking at and either just haven't pulled the trigger or haven't been able to find at my LGS.

I like the deck in terms of its ability to grind and get value, but it feels like it can be a little too durdly and slow. Do I need more ramp? Do I need more wincons? Any cards I need to cut? Not looking to make it cEDH, but want to have fun deck that has a decent chance at most random pods.
