Boros deck built around casting instants/sorceries continually on your own creatures. Feather allows for a decent amount of card advantage just by being able to keep recasting instants and sorceries. The deck wants a decently low average cmc and a fair amount of ramp so that in a multiplayer game you can potentially cast a spell on each player's turn since you keep getting them back at end step. The deck currently also has a bit of a heroic sub theme. Since Feather already wants you to target your own creatures it seems like just added value for spells especially since I went with a more low cmc quantity of spells over playing a few larger ones.

Deck has 3 strategies that it can go for.

Token production:

-Launch the Fleet -Young Pyromancer -Vanguard of Brimaz -Monastery Mentor -Akroan Crusader -Spawning Breath Twinflame if you have enough mana (or copy something like Monastery Mentor or Young Pyromancer)

Anthem effects:

-Anax and Cymede -Balefire Liege -Phalanx Leader These two turn any pump spell into an anthem Zada, Hedron Grinder Mirrorwing Dragon Ajani's Presence can be an anthem if you have enough mana.

Pump Spells:

-Ajani's Presence -Balduvian Rage -Boros Charm -Defiant Strike -Enrage -Fists of Flame (especially if you pair it with several cantrips) -Invigorated Rampage -Titan's Strength

Even with heroic creatures in the deck often times Feather, the Redeemed is still the best creature to target given that she is always around and has flying (not to mention that she can often kill with commander damage a little too easily).

Voltron Lieutenants:

Anax and Cymede Favored Hoplite Tenth District Legionnaire Charmbreaker Devils does not care if you target them Monastery Mentor the few extra points of attack add up especially if given double strike

Feather works well as a burst of damage attacker but sometimes you just want to grind opponents out with other attackers. Heroic creatures that grow over time are also nice to just be chunky blockers. Sometimes though if the effect on a cantrip (such as haste) is not always relevant to give to feather you might as well cast it on these guys.

This strategy is definitely powerful since it deals with direct damage but is generally the back up strategy for this deck.

More Traditional Storm Cards

Grapeshot Balefire Liege Firebrand Archer Guttersnipe

Fists of Flame functionally this ends up being a storm card since usually the cards that are best for getting large numbers of spells off in a turn are the cantrips. It ends up being a great finisher after casting a few spells (especially if copied)

Mostly these cards just end up helping for some incidental damage to opponents but with enough mana (and/or a decent amount of 1 drops) the deck can get easily get 10-20 damage out to each player a turn (hopfully then repeated on each persons turn).

Other sources of direct damage

Aurelia's Fury Comet Storm Soul's Fire Chandra's Ignition Impact Resonance Any of these spells pair especially well with Primal Wellspring orPyromancer's Goggles.

These spells work well as both finishers and as just value spells that can be continually recast. Chandra's ignition and soul's fire work as storm finishers if enough pump spells are cast.
