This is my multi-player mono-black control deck. This deck can be a wrecking ball in multiplayer games. Pox is a powerhouse of control where you hit multiple resources simultaneously. Having a Kokusho, the Evening Star on the table when Pox resolves can be pretty devastating. The Crucible of Worlds, Syphon Souls, and Exsanguinate allows you to rebuild, usually faster than your opponents. The Bitter Ordeal and Extirpate can rip an opponent's deck apart, removing threats before they get played. The Extirpate is there to rip out counterspells or other recurring threats. The Nevinyrral's Disk, Damnation, and Bane of the Living will keep the field clear. Korlash, Heir to Blackblade and Kokusho, the Evening Star can block or attack as needed with Korlash, Heir to Blackblade pulling double duty as mana acceleration or recovery from the Pox. Elixir of Immortality allows the deck to play the long game and even recur the other spells.

I know it may be wrong of me, but I love targeting a Counterspell with Extirpate and then telling my opponent "Cute, counter something else."

Edit - I forgot to mention some of the interactions that people sometime overlook when looking at the deck. Terramorphic Expanse and Crucible of Worlds to force a deck shuffle when the top 3 cards revealed by Sensei's Divining Top aren't useful at the time. Terramorphic Expanse becaomes a swamp that taps for black mana once Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth hits the field. Boseiju, Who Shelters All is there to make sure the Exsanguinate and Damnation get through. The Syphon Soul is there to chip away or early game life offsets.
