Centered around getting Exquisite Blood out with Cliffhaven Vampire, then just gaining one life or dealing one damage to the opponent. Drana's Emissary works great for that ability allowing for an IDEAL turn 6 win on an upkeep. You can also block with Blood Artist and then paired with Athreos, God of Passage return him to to your hand then replay him or just have the opponent pay 3 life. Or use Ayli, Enternal Pilgrim and sacrifice Blood Artist to activate his ability plus gain another life then if you have Athreos, God of Passage out you just can return him to your hand and continue to drop down your opponent. Vizkopa Guildmage is a good add in because if you arent drawing Cliffhaven Vampire you can just tap 3 and activate his ability to trigger his combo. But he is oftentimes just unnecessary as I have better 2 mana drops in this deck so he is a good backup sideboard if I need more creatures The hardest part of this deck is sustaining until you draw a Diabolic Tutor or the other part of your combo, so be sure to use the life gain properties to sustain yourself and drop your opponent.
