This is a landfall mill deck built around Hedron Crab and Ruin Crab with the potential to mill 48 cards from every opponent in your game by your third turn(I often play with multiple opponents, so the ability to effectively mill multiple players is very important for me). The goal is to play as much land, as quickly and frequently as possible for your crabs.

Scute Swarm is a cannon-fodder generator that I believe synergizes nicely with the deck's goal. It can generate a lot of tokens pretty quickly to be used as blockers, or to pressure opponents who may want to all in you(especially in 1v1 scenarios where there aren't any other players to threaten opponent's life points).

Misty Rainforest and Prismatic Vista double trigger landfall abilities off of one land drop and do not require land to come into play tapped.

Oran-Rief, the Vastwood Green land that can be good for boosting green creatures' power and toughness, especially good if you have Scute Swarm constantly multiplying and dropping tons of 1/1 tokens. Tap one land and they can all be 2/2, seems strong enough to warrant having in the deck to me, even though it comes into play tapped.

Azusa, Lost but Seeking and Dryad of the Ilysian Grove to allow for more land to be played more quickly and frequently. Azusa, Lost but Seeking in particular is crucial to milling 48 cards from each opponent by your third turn.

Cultivate and Scapeshift are used to pull land from the deck. Scapeshift can be used to pull any kind of land at the cost of sacrificing as much land as you wish to search for.

Ancient Greenwarden Double triggers the landfall abilities of Hedron Crab, Ruin Crab, and Scute Swarm, allows you to play land from your graveyard, which there should usually be plenty thanks to Misty Rainforest, Prismatic Vista, and Scapeshift, and to top it all off is a quite potent blocker with Reach and can be boosted to 6/8 or 7/9 depending on what lands you have on the field that are still available to be tapped after summoning(Oran-Rief, the Vastwood).

Counterspell for whatever threats you may not be able to deal with using creatures.

Howling Mine for a steady flow of cards to play since most of the cards are relatively low mana cost and you'll often find yourself out of cards to play without some consistent card draw. Depending on how you look at it, as a bonus, it also helps deplete your opponents' deck(s) as well, but unfortunately they will be able to use those cards against you. Kind of a double edged sword.
