CURRENTLY need suggestions on what to take out, and if the cards in the Maybeboard are worth putting in!

This is my first stab at a Mono Black Stax deck for EDH, utilizing Ob Nixilis at the helm due to his capacity for lifegain and card draw, AND the arguable fact that other Mono-Black Generals with an interest in Sacrificing Creatures paint way too big of a target on your head. The deck seeks to use Black's massive ramp to pull out several sacrifices as well as playing your Sac Combos to help control the board and off your opponents.

I've included a BUNCH of ramp in this deck because otherwise it'd be far too slow to be anything noteworthy.

I NEED suggestions on how to make this deck both better and CHEAPER, as the current average price around $250 is asking too much from me. It's a goal to work towards but I'd rather work with something around $150 to start with.

Likely what I need in this deck is more Card Draw and Repeatable Sac Fodder to fuel the Engines. Also perhaps a couple more ways to protect Ob Nixilis himself (Besides using sac fodder as chump blockers) so he can use his -8 Ability and facilitate a constant steady flow of Lifegain and Card Draw for the rest of the game.

Like I said, I'm relatively new to making good and fun Mono-Black decks, so all help is greatly appreciated!
