This deck is all about going off with drawing that second card every turn, including your opponents turn. Create tokens with Saheeli and Improbable Alliance, bolt with Irencrag Pyromancer, cantrip your way through your entire deck the whole time. A slower, more controlling version of this deck would definitely use Niv-Mizzet, but this is not that deck. A Jeskai version would totally include Divine Visitation.
