The idea is to create infinite damage by exploiting the persist. Between Melira, Sylvok Outcast and Vizier of Remedies the persist creatures can block or be "sacrificed" any number of times and not worry about death. If that fails, there is also Heartmender and Hex Parasite.

Example of the infinite combo: Turn 1: Overgrown Tomb. Turn 2: Temple Garden (pay 2 life) then Safehold Elite. Turn 3: Wooded Bastion then Blasting Station. Turn 4: Vizier of Remedies then I tap Blasting Station and sacrifice Safehold Elite which comes back to play, untapping the Blasting Station but without any -1 counters due to Vizier of Remedies. Repeat until opponent is out of life.

There are several other useful cards to set up a similar combo as well as other things to play into the persist.
