Early on when I started 11 years ago, in the days where I knew little about true interaction and how to build a consistent deck that's actually decent, a mono-blue build was the deck of choice that made me fall in love with the game. Not to sound... odd, but this deck is a sentimental and nostalgic nod to myself and the first few decks I ever built, since mono-blue will forever be near and dear to me.

This deck is wizard-tribal, that focuses on mainly two things: Draw and Counter stuff to slow your opponent down. There is definitely room for improvement as I need to look for just a few more win-conditions for 1v1 matches, but where this deck really shines is in a multiplayer setting of 4-6 people.
